Abstract:	微細銀鈀粉在粉末冶金上有一重要的用途是利用其特殊的表面性質,可做為電子工業用之導電塗料及黏著劑,適用於製造陶質電容器和厚膜積體路.近年來國內電子工業發展突飛猛進,對於銀鈀粉的原料需求及其製造技術的需要均十分迫切,而支持電子工業主要的電子零件,已朝輕薄短小邁進,不僅尺寸要小,也需要提高信賴度高稠密度及降低成本,本計畫乃針對此一目標進行銀鈀粉製造技術之研究,以便瞭解銀鈀粉特性的影響因素,協助國內開發此一技術.銀鈀粉有三種製法:噴霧法電化學還原法與化學共沈法.其中以化學共沈法所製得之
