Abstract:	本計畫之目的在探討波包在計算量子穿隧之穿越時間之適用性,即找出利用波包計算穿越時間, 波包所需受到之限制. 論,可非常成功地來描述簡單金屬中價電子的非彈性作用.加上修正,RPA理論已被使用在其他金屬和一些有簡單能帶的半導體上.對於過渡金屬,絕緣體和其他半導體,能帶躍遷所造成研究期間：8108 ~ 8207
