Abstract:	本計畫是主持人擬進行一系列研究「蛋白質分子與細胞膜分子交互作用」的初步計畫.其主要內容是將界面活性劑,非極性有機溶劑,水及不同胺基酸組成與順序的蛋白質混合,形成含有水分子及蛋白質分子於內部的逆微胞.利用動態光散射技術測量逆微胞散射的光子相關頻譜,分析逆微胞的大小分佈與蛋白質的胺基酸組成和順序之間的關聯;並配合差分掃描熱卡計測量的微胞內水含量,藉以瞭解界面活性劑分子與蛋白質分子的交互作用,尤其是胺基酸組成和順序在交互作用中扮演的角色.研究期間：8108 ~ 8207
