    Abstract: 目前汽車鈑金模具開發設計中,三維實體建構之應用愈來愈重要,因三維實體模型能改善傳統二維設計中視圖檢視困難及設計不合理處之檢查不易等缺點。目前三維實體建構技術中,參數化設計是廣泛應用於實體建模之技術,但參數式設計無法為不同的零件結構之間提供關聯性,所以使用者必需手動一步一步的修改每個零件之尺寸而造成相當的不便。本研究中將採用骨架模型於三維實體設計中,首先由骨架型模先建立各組合零件結構間之關聯性,而每一個零件之外形結構將可由建立之關聯性來設計,各零件尺寸之間的關聯性則可藉由骨架模型來集中管理,因此,如果互相關聯的零件尺寸中之任一尺寸發生變化,則和其相關聯之零件尺寸也將發生變化。本研究提出骨架模型並應用於沖壓模具之建構且以實際沖壓模具之建構來描述骨架參數式設計之優點。 Presently, in the design of the stamping die model of the automobile, the three-dimensional solid model is getting important , because it can improve the difficulty in traditional two-dimensional design such as the shortcoming in presenting the three-dimensional view and un-reasonable design. Conventional three-dimensional design applies the technology so called parametric design, which cannot relate the data structures between various parts. The user must change each dimension one by one manually, which is very inconvenient. In this study, we propose a skeleton model for the design of three-dimensional mold. The relative data structures between the parts which are assembled and established first. The shape of each part is then designed in terms of such a data structure. With such a skeleton model, the dimensions that are related to each other are converged through the data structure . Thus, if there is any dimension changed, will related dimensions of other parts will be changed also. We propose the skeleton method by means of a stamping die mold and describe its advantage over conventional parametric design with the design of real CAD models for a die mold.
