本計畫旨在暸解我國總統文獻及外國（尤其美國）保存元首文獻之情形，並藉由比較以制定我國總統圖書文物之法制，以為管理、典藏和利用之資。 This research involves a comprehensive survey of the Presidential archives preserved in Taiwan. It will focus the preservation and maintenance of foreign countries’ Presidential libraries as an important reference point, and make a comparative study of the strengths and weaknesses of each country’s Presidential archives preservation systems. We will try to propose operable regulations for the preservation, maintenance, and research of the Presidential archives for the Presidents of the Republic of China. 研究領域：8906 ~ 8909
