    Abstract: 國家資源衛星接收站已接收/貯存近年來台灣地區衛載( Spaceborne )合成口徑雷達( SAR )遙測影像.為充分應用此多時期陸地影像於地物/地形之變遷狀況, 本計畫旨於開發其高實用性幾何分析之技術.基於空載( Airborne )SAR影像幾何學與其處理本領, 必須( 一 )對衛星軌道短弧, 加以測定與評鑑; ( 二 )對適用於衛載SAR影像之幾何糾正技術, 其所誘發的坐標基準轉換, 完全掌握; ( 三 )經糾正後影像之套合, 於偵測地物變異與否之際, 引入統計判別檢定準則, 以利計畫目標之達成.預期效益方面, 藉實施廣域GPS控制測量, 提供品質優良的坐標數據, 免除中( 大 )比例尺圖籍坐標不確定因素之影響.並確知衛載SAR影像用於農林地物變異偵測之成效.進而提昇國人雷達遙測科技應用研究之本領. Our national Satellite Remote Sensing Laboratory ( SRSL )has received/archived many spaceborne Synthetic Aperture Radar ( SAR )images over Taiwan and its surrounding seas in recent years.In order to investigate multi-temporal land images as to their applicability for the change detection of object location and terrain shape, the current project aims to develop a composite, highly useful geometric analysis technique.Based on the acquired knowledge of geometrically processing some airborne SAR remote-sensing imagery, the project will ( 1 )study and evaluate satellite short-arc orbit determination; ( 2 )as far as a suitable geometric rectification technique of spaceborne SAR image is concerned, one has to fully solve the problem of coordinate datum transformation; ( 3 )after registering some rectified images and upon deciding whether a change in object location takes place ( or not ), a statistical discrimination test criterion will be introduced to facilitate a detection procedure.In terms of the expected benefits, good-quality ground control points are surveyed by using a wide-area Global Positioning System ( GPS )satellite positioning technique, removing medium-scale topographic map-related coordinate uncertainties.One also finds out the practical usefulness in employing spaceborne SAR imagery for agricultural change detection tasks.The capability of applying the modern radar remote-sensing technology can be enhanced. 研究期間:9001 ~ 9012
