    Abstract: 近年來,根據專家學者之預測,亞太地區之機隊規模成長速度與其他地區相較之下雖非最快速,但由於歐洲、美洲等其他地區的飛機維修市場皆已接近飽和,因此亞太地區的飛機維修市場被視為最具發展潛力的地區。隨著亞太地區航太產業的蓬勃發展,其所伴隨之維修物料補給的需求,日益漸增。然而飛機維修物料的種類繁多,上游零件製造商更是多達上百家,而且分佈於世界各地,故各維修廠目前大多自行處理維修物料的採買與倉儲等作業,並不符合經濟效益。且在目前全球區域跨國分工與產業互補的環境下,如何因應低庫存、快速回應與較高顧客滿意度的競爭環境,已成為產業成功的關鍵,而以物流共同化進行物流整合即是改善產業供應鏈效率方法之一,透過企業間結盟關係,將各企業之物流相關作業進行整合,降低各企業之物流成本,提高營運效率,共同建立共存共榮之產業環境。本研究在瞭解目前亞太地區航太物料物流模式後,欲藉由文獻探討及專家訪談方式,從經濟成本面、物流機能面及企業整合面等三大標的著手,制定評估準則,研擬亞太地區航太維修物料共同化評選模式, 並期能擇選出一個亞太地區航太維修物料最適之物流共同化模式,對亞太地區之航太工業的發展提供實質上的幫助。關鍵詞:物流機能、共同化模式、航太維修。Aerospace industry has experienced a rapid growth in Asia-Pacific during the last decade. As a consequence, the demand of repair materials is accordingly increased. The items of repair materials are numerous and manufactured by widely spread factories around the world. For the time being, each repair shop in Asian countries takes care of purchasing and warehousing work for repair materials, which does not meet the economy of scale. The requirement of low stock, quick response and high quality of customer』s service becomes a key to success; strategic alliance is the way to enhance the efficiency of supply chain. Integrating relevant affairs among enterprises to reduce the cost and enhance operation efficiency is the only way to benefit the whole industry. In this research, the current situation of aerospace industry will be investigated, few alternative models will be generated by way of brainstorming and literature review. These generated models are then evaluated by the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. Three hierarchies will be constructed. In the first level, the overall benefit of the aerospace industry is maximized. In the second level, three objectives of economic cost, logistics mechanism and enterprise integration are included. A number of criteria will be further identified. A questionnaire will be designed and a survey is conducted to pre-specified experts. Based on the to-be-chosen alternative, the strategies for future development are come out. In the end, issues and strategies for the development of global logistics in Taiwan are discussed.
