    Abstract: 計畫摘要目前交通部正積極發展智慧型運輸系統(ITS),ITS系統中之先進車輛控制與安全系統(AVCSS)包括車輛防撞、駕駛輔助、安全設施與自動公路系統等次系統均與車輛技術有關。目前世界各主要車輛工業國家及車廠均把車輛電子化與智慧化列為技術發展的重要項目。近年來國內在電信、通訊、資訊及自動控制等技術上有長足之發展,這些先進的技術若能與先進安全車(ASV)結合,再收集國外最新發展之相關情況,將可迅速與國際發展接軌。本研究擬從(1)政策面建立跨部會組織以增進各部會間之協調;(2)法律面建立獎勵投資參與條例及加強零組件型式認證;(3)技術面發展國內ASV技術,並透過加入非政府組織且推動零組件標準化等方向進行,以提昇國內在ASV方面之發展。 Recently, the Ministry of Transportation and Communications actively launches the development of intelligent transportation systems (ITS) , of which the Advanced Vehicle Control and Safety Systems, including few sub-systems such as collision avoidance, driver assistance, safety accommodation and automatic road systems, etc. Applications of electronic technology innovation on vehicles have been one major R&D issue to most vehicle manufacturing countries in the world. In Taiwan, as the development of telecom, information technology and automatic control technology have been growing steadily in recent years, to apply these advanced technologies to ASV and collect the latest information of this topic worldwide will enhance the reach of world-class level in the shortest time. This research will emphasize in three aspects to upgrade the development of ASV in Taiwan: (1) Policy aspect: establish cross-department organization to enhance the communications; (2) legislation aspect: laws to encourage investment in the development and reinforce type approval of the components are to be legislated; (3) Technical aspect: to develop the technology in ASV , along with the participation to non-government organizations and promotion of components standardization. 研究期間:9302 ~ 9310
