Abstract:	一、計畫目標：Beta-agonists類藥物殘留檢驗試劑之開發，期作為以應用於第一線殘留之檢測。第一年擬開發完成乙型受體素(β-agonist)酵素免疫檢驗試劑之開發，第二年擬開發完成乙型受體素(β-agonist)簡易免疫層析試劑之開發。二、工作目標：完成乙型受體素(β-agonist)酵素免疫檢驗試劑之開發 1. 完成融合瘤9101腹水生產及單株抗體純化及測定方法確認。 2. 完成Salbutamol或Clenbuterol半抗原衍生物之合成。 3. 完成Salbutamol或Clenbuterol半抗原酵素結合體製備。 4. 完成酵素免疫檢驗試劑之雛形套組生產及品管方法建立。 5. 完成雛形套組品質測試結果驗證。 6. 完成檢驗套組試量產及試量產產品田間試。三、預期效益： 1. 完成抗單株抗體純化50 mg。 2. 完成半抗原衍生物之大量合成及50 mg。 3. 完成半抗原衍生物之酵素結合體10 ml。 4. 完成產品開發及雛形套組生產及品管方法建立。 5. 完成小量田間測試。 Specific aims: Development of Competitive ELISA model for residues of beta-agonist in animal products. Important works in this year: 1. Find out suitable conditions of production and purification for anti-beta-agonist monoclonal antibody. 2. Preparation of derivatives of beta-agonists. 3. Preparation of conjugate complexes of to different carrier proteins. 4. Find out proper condition for beta-agonist derivatives -HRPO conjugation. 5. Establish competitive ELISA assay system. 6. Farm trial in small scale. Expected results: 1. Produce 50 mg of purification of monoclonal antibody. 2. Obtain 10 mg of purification of beta-agonist derivatives -HRPO conjugation. 3. Finish establishment of competitive ELISA model. 4. Finish the farm trial in small scale. 研究期間：9306 ~ 9312
