2004年運研所已分別由法規、獎勵措施、參與國際組織活動及國內技術發展策略,進行研究並重新評估國內發展各系統的優先順序。本計畫延續2004的研究成果,推動建立跨部會與組織溝通平台,並參與2005年第19屆ESV國際科技研討會。利用問卷調查與專家訪談,調整國內ASV系統發展評估指標權重。持續國內事故相關資料庫分析,以配合駕駛模擬器輔助ASV系統測試及探討人機介面影響。評估國內發展EDR以及與產業界合作開發EDR雛形機與的可能性,並依據國內EMS發展情形,評估EMS與EDR整合之可能性。 The priority of ASV system development has been reviewed by IOT in 2004 from the researches on the regulations, rewarding methods, participating activities of international organizations and tactics of domestic technology development. The project, based on the research results in 2004, will build an inter-organizational communication platform, and participate in the 19th ESV international seminar of 2005. With questionnaire survey and expert's interview, the weighting of evaluation index of the domestic ASV system development is modified. The domestic accident database is continuously analyzed for the testing of ASV system and the investigation of the man-machine interface with driving simulators. The possibility is assessed for the EDR developed in Taiwan and the cooperation of developing EDR with industry. The possibility of integrating EMS and EDR is also assessed by the developing conditions of domestic EMS. 研究期間:9402 ~ 9411
