| Abstract: | 資訊科技的進步讓企業可以提供更多的服務，帶來更多的利潤。然而在資訊系統快速發展的環境下，企業開始面臨資訊系統所帶來的問題，例如新舊系統不相容、複雜的系統程序、資料的傳輸、開發效率低落等問題一一浮現，讓企業開始思考應採取何種方式進行資訊系統整合。 企業應用整合 (Enterprise Application Integration)是提升企業資訊系統效率的解決方案。有許多的方法可以達到企業應用整合的目的，而利用訊息整合的方式是對現有資訊系統變動較少及衝擊較小的方法。藉由EAI系統來負責各資訊系統的訊息溝通，並將交易流程交由EAI管理，可大幅減少系統開發作業，達到資訊整合的目的。 本研究以個案分析方式針對研究對象C銀行進行探討，個案銀行近年來業績穩健成長，在金融界中為具代表性之大型銀行。面對開放的金融環境與國際大型金融機構的競爭，C銀行必須不斷開發新的金融服務，以保持競爭力。但金融業務的快速成長也造成了資訊系統的複雜化，因此個案銀行決定導入EAI系統進行系統整合。 本研究經由相關文件及次級資料的整理，對個案公司導入EAI的過程及作法進行分析，並利用訪談的方式深入了解C銀行導入EAI後所產生的改變及問題，研究結果顯示(1)採用EAI架構可以循序漸進的改善系統開發效率。(2)並非所有資訊系統都適合導入EAI架構。(3)正確分析作業流程才能有效發揮EAI的功效。(4)個案分析結果符合學者所提之理論。本研究進一步對個案公司提出建議(1) 提升EAI小組的角色(2)加強EAI開發人員教育訓練(3)制定公開標準及建立規範。最後提出後續研究之建議(1)可以量化方式研究導入EAI之效益。(2)與不同銀行進行比較。期望藉由個案的研究，以提供欲導入EAI之公司或單位參考。On one hand, the development of Information technology facilitates the enterprises to provide multiple services and by brings more profits. However, on the other hand, because of the rapid development, issues such as compatibility, complex procedures, data transmission and development efficiency start to surface, which makes the enterprises think about system integration. Enterprise Application Integration serves as the solution to the efficiency of information system. Though there are plenty of methods to achieve the purpose of application integration, the way which causes less alternation and impact is through information integration. Using EAI system to exchange information and manage trade process could decrease the development of operating system and then achieve information integration. In this thesis, the emphasis is placed on the analysis of the text, Bank C, which is one of the big financial institutions with stable growing. Facing competitive financial environment and rivalry of international financial institutions, to keep the competitive ability, Bank C continually provides new services. The rapid growing of business causes the complication of information system, so the Bank under analyzed decided to implant EAI to organized the whole systems. Through literature review, this thesis attempts to analyze the way and process in which Bank C implants EAI. By interviewing, I try to examine the change and the problem arising after the implanting of EAI. The research is going to show that 1.) EAI is efficient way to improve the development of system, 2.) EAI is not suitable for all of the information systems, 3.) only the precise analysis of operating process could facilitate EAI, and 4.) the text analysis will prove the theory scholars mentioned. Methods such as 1.) promoting the roles in EAI tem, 2.) intensifying the training of R&D of EAI, and 3.) setting the norms and criterion will be suggested. In the long run, the future work will be placed on 1.) quantification of the efficiency of EAI, and 2.) the comparison between different texts. This research ends to provide the case study for cooperation or institutions who intend to implant EAI. |
