    Abstract: 企業於今日所面臨的環境,不確定性大幅提高,使得企業組織運作,隱藏了許多未知的變數。在此情況下,危機隨時都有可能發生,為了更加落實危機管理,組織必須對危機的來源做更謹慎地思考,進一步的察覺出危機警訊,提早做出防範。隨著環境變化的速度加快,快速地應變能力愈顯現出在企業能力中的地位:不但為表現出比競爭對手更快的感知環境變化,區別出威脅與機會,更表現出如何快速做出正確的決策與執行的能力。 本研究欲透過經營管理者危機處理的實務經驗,反思企業能否掌握危機處理的重點:一方面讓企業有效的運用自身資源與能力來解決危機,另一方面提醒經理人自我審視企業之體質,思考遭遇危機後之因應對策。本研究個案之作法為嘗試著讓企業藉由動態能力的規劃來預防危機的發生,期許能提供經理人從危機管理經驗發展動態能力規劃之路徑,作為未來企業面臨外在環境變遷及危機應變策略之參考。Enterprises face the environment with high level uncertainty today, increase unknown variables within the operation of business organizations. In this case, crisis can happen at any time. In order to further the implementation of crisis management, we have to think more carefully about the source of the crisis, aware of the warning of crisis, and response earlier. With the accelerating pace of environmental change, rapid response capability “Dynamic Capability” is more important in the enterprise: not only faster than the competition to show the perception of environmental changes and differences between the threats and opportunities, but also show the capability of quickly making the right decision-making and implementation. This research will use case study of managers' crisis management through practical experience to show the key points of company's crisis response: on the one hand, enterprises can effectively use its resources and capability to resolve the crisis, on the other hand to remind the managers to do the self-examination on company operation and create crisis response strategies. This study found that enterprise can develop dynamic capability to prevent crises, and show the way from crisis management experience to develop dynamic capability based on the practical experience case. Researchers hope this study can be a reference to provide managers to face the future changes in the external environment and develop crisis response strategies.
