    Abstract: 毫微微蜂巢式基地台(femtocell)具有較小的功率及服務範圍,使用者可自行購置以解決室內收訊死角的問題,並可增加通訊容量。但由於佈建自由度高,容易有使用相同頻率的基地台服務範圍重疊,導致發生干擾、通訊品質不佳的問題。本論文提出一個應用於長期演進技術(Long-Term Evolution, LTE)的毫微微蜂巢式基地台服務範圍調整機制。 本論文之機制首先統計各基地台在不同範圍時各使用者裝置的服務狀況,包含是否能被服務、訊號強度、以及使用者基地台的偏好,並藉由基地台互相協調的結果,可得到各使用者裝置不受干擾的限制條件。根據所蒐集的服務資訊,透過本論文之調整機制便可依照干擾發生的狀況自動調整各基地台的服務範圍,以達到服務最多使用者、干擾狀況最少的通訊環境。此外,本論文之機制能依據不同的服務需求,如以較多使用者人數或以較佳訊號品質為導向等,使用不同的調整模型來求得較適當的傳輸的功率及範圍。 模擬的結果顯示,在不同的使用者和基地台分佈狀況下,經由本論文所提出的方法調整傳輸功率後,可有效降低干擾的使用者比例,同時提高使用者的訊號品質。並藉由套用不同的調整模型,來達到不同服務取向所需要達到的效果。Femtocells provide smaller scope of services with less power. Users can get and set femtocells in their premises to solve indoor recipient or increase communication capacity. However, the feature causes unplanned development of femtocells. Thereof, there might be co-channel interference due to there are UEs or femtocell locate in the overlapped region and work on the same channel. The interference causes poor communication quality and bad user experience. This paper proposed a mechanism of femtocell coverage adjustment for Long-Term Evolution (LTE). Though the negotiation algorithm between femtocells, the mechanism can determine and adaptive adjust an appropriate serving coverage based on signal quality and interference. The simulation results show that the proposed mechanism can effectively mitigate co-channel interference between femtocells and the average signal quality of UEs in different femtocell deployment density. The proposed mechanism also provides different service model to meet different service requirement.
