摘要:	本研究先行對營建署、公路局、高公局及桃園縣政府等養護組織、方式與養護管理、及績效考核方法做了解，以說明現行養護方式與養護管理之現行問題。再以道路管理維護為例，研擬具體之道路管理維護績效評估機制，供政府部門管理維護績效評估之參考，其內容包括道路鋪面(含剛性及柔性路面)、道路排水系統、道路交通安全系統、道路景觀、其他道路附屬設施等管理維護績效評估機制。 This research in advance to understand that is about the maintenance organizations, the way, the maintenance management and performance assessment on Construction and Planning Agency, Directorate General of Highway, National Freeway Bureau, and Taoyuan Country Govemment, and to know the problems about the maintenance organizations and the way. And the maintenance management of the road as an example, we plan to design an assessment mechanism to provide government department a way to manage the maintenance performance assessment. Its content includes the pavement (including the rigidity and flexible pavement), the road drainage system, the traffic system, road view, and the other affiliated facilities. 研究期間：9504 ~ 9511
