Abstract:	本研究採用能量法計算多孔放流管內部的流速和排放流量之分佈，預計利用敏感度分析以及遺傳演算法，探討多孔放流管各參數之優化建議。分析參數包括有擴散管長度、管徑、豎管數目和排放口直徑，並近一步比較等管徑及非等管徑放流管之優劣，提出最佳擴散管管徑變化率、適當之豎管間距與合理之非等管徑各段長度分配之建議。研究結果，可對未來之海洋放流管設計，做出理論與實務兼具之放流管設計建議，不僅可大幅降低海洋放流管的興建成本，亦可維持海洋污水稀釋率標準。研究期間：9508 ~ 9607
