Abstract:	7XXX 系之鋁合金長久以來即為民航結構所倚重，目前最新之波音777 飛機在20 世紀末開發之際，即同時針對7XXX 系之鋁合金開發採用7150。然而7XXX 系之鋁合金添加Sc 元素之研究及應用於航空器則當屬不多或為創舉。事實上，其他系列之鋁合金加Sc 以提交其機械性質之研究早年經蘇聯人提出，而近年來逐漸受到重視。本研究以7XXX 系中的7050 和另一種自行設計成分Al-7.8%Zn-2.3%Mg 為對象，添加 ~0.2%Sc，經由不同的熱機處理來探討其研究所扮演之應用發展性。兩種合金經輥軋和等通道彎角擠製方式使其材料高溫成形，隨後進行機械性質及顯微組織試驗並加以探討7XXX 系之鋁合金添加Sc 的應用。研究期間：9508 ~ 9607
