摘要:	永續會基於「二十一世紀議程-中華民國永續發展策略綱領」之行政院既定政策需求，及科技整合，於九十年度重新規劃永續發展中程計畫研究方向，全球變遷組亦完成規劃本年度持續執行未來永續發展研究工作，主要目的有二： 1. 繼續推動九十年度規劃之永續發展中程計畫研究方向，以跨部會及跨領域之研究為主，在任務導向之方式下，以配合「二十一世紀議程-中華民國永續發展策略綱領」之行政院既定政策需求，並鼓勵新整合計畫推動。 2. 配合國科會永續會之業務需求，協助國科會「永續發展研究中程計畫-全球變遷領域」之推動，以提昇研究水準、落實研究成果，成為政府推動永續發展工作之政策依據。 In order to achieve the goals of the Agenda 21 「ROC version」, an integration of science and technology, and coupled with the policy implementation is needed. Within this context, The Commission on Sustainable Development Research (CSDR) of NSC, planned to execute a four years plan for the global change research (GCR) study. This coordinated effort aims to study the urgent environmental issues within this region, and can also provide scientific evidences for the policy maker to make important reference. This project is a planning and promotional project for global change research within the context of sustainable development. The GCR group』s focus is on: (i) Executing the mid-term plan, and promoting new projects within the scope of above plan, and Assisting CSDR to carry on GCR related missions. And serve as a contact point to facilitate the discussions and information exchange among the related Institutes in Taiwan. 研究期間：9601 ~ 9612
