中文摘要 由於科技進步，網際網路之應用相當迅速，先進國家均積極規劃前瞻性的資訊通訊政策，其中寬頻建設是重要環節之一。透過推動M計畫(行動台灣計畫)，以「行動台灣、應用無線、商機無限」為發展願景，規劃建設全島纜線共通管道，以加速寬頻網路中用戶迴路(Last mile)之建設。 寬頻管道建設為國家加速落實通訊網路、建構行動臺灣環境的基礎建設。地方政府在寬頻管道建設後，需建立一個管理系統來處理寬頻管道後續之維護等工作，並協助管理未來租用給管線業者之相關工作。 本研究針對桃園縣政府寬頻管道管理維護的需求，以桃園縣寬頻管道建設的成果，將其竣工後的測量資料及竣工圖資，以地理資訊的資料處理技術，將資料處理成地理資訊系統所需要的格式；分析並建立寬頻管道的地理資訊管理系統，提供地方政府做為管理寬頻業者之租用及本身營運與管理維護之用。以真正落實管線維護管理機制及提昇政府效能，並兼具未來管理之前瞻性。 ABSTRACT As technology advances, the application of the Internet very quickly, advanced countries are actively planning the forward.looking information and communications policies, broadband build is an important part of one.
