    摘要: 從民國17年一直到民國26年對日抗戰爆發為止(1928-1937),是近代回族文化復興運動最朝氣蓬勃的階段,也是回族-伊斯蘭報刊發展的黃金時期。國民政府主政下的安定局面,以及寬鬆而善意的伊斯蘭教政策,提供了一個有利的外在環境。加上本時期新式回族學校的普及與躍進,不僅擴大了回族報刊的讀者群,更為回族刊物培養出一批具有撰述寫作與學術研究能力的報刊編輯人才。其中發展的最為成功、影響範圍最廣者,當屬民國18年(1929)底創刊於北平的《月華》旬刊(1929-1948)。《月華》的成功之道,即在於它與北平成達師範學校結合在一起,《月華》編輯部就設在該校之內,故能得到成達歷屆師生的全力支援。《月華》儼然就是成達師範對外宣傳的機關刊物。故《月華》在抗戰以前近十年的發展歷史,儼然就是同一時期近代中國回族師範教育的發展史。 《月華》旬刊的重要價值,除了因為它是近代中國回族最具代表性的刊物外,還因為該刊物是以北平成達師範學校為根據地,故長期以來鼓吹回族傳統經堂教育的改革,並熱心的報導與推廣新式回民學校成功經驗。特別是當時正在萌芽的北平成達師範學校,《月華》對其有極為深入報導與宣傳。此外成達師範的畢業生在西北從事回民小學建設工作的成果,也是《月華》的報導重點。成達師範學校和《月華》,都是萌芽於北伐成功以後的政治新局,一直到對日抗戰爆發以前,兩者在國民政府的主政環境下都做了相當充分而自主的發展,故它們實可代表這一段時期中國伊斯蘭教文化復興運動的成果。 The period from 1928 to 1937, before the breakout of the Sino-Japanese War, was the most active period in modern Hui’s Culture Recovery Movement as well as the golden period during the development of Hui-Islamic newspapers. The Nanjing National Government maintained political stability and adopted a less strict and friendly policy in Islam which provided Hui an advantageous environment for development. In addition, during this period, the contemporary Hui schools were popular and improved, promoting the expansion of the readership of Hui newspapers and the cultivation of a group of excellent newspapers editors who are equipped with ability to write and to conduct academic researches. Among the works, Yuehua Ten-Day Periodical (1929-1948) established by the end of 1929 was the most successful and influential one. The reason for Yuehua’s success was the combination with Beiping Chengda Normal School. Yuehua’s Editorial Department was located on the campus and therefore gained the full support of the students and faculty. Yuehua became the key reading for the propaganda of Beiping Chengda Normal School. Therefore, the development history of Yuehua during the ten-year-period before the Sino-Japanese War was also the development history of modern Hui’s teacher education in China during the same period. The significant value of Yuehua Ten-Day Periodical was its representativeness as a reading material of modern Chinese Hui people and the fact that it had been advocating the reform of Hui traditional education, and enthusiastically reported and advocated the successful experience of Hui schools based on Beiping Chengda Normal School. When Beiping Chengda Normal School just started, Yuehua distributed profound reports and propaganda about the school which became a unique feature about this periodical. Moreover, the construction work carried out by graduates from Chengda Normal School at Hui primary schools in northwestern China has also been the focus of Yuehua’s reports. Both Chengda Normal School and Yuehua had the new political look developed after the Northern Expedition. They both had complete and independent developments under the governance of the Nanjing National Government until the explosion of the Sino-Japanese War which symbolizes the results of Chinese Islamic Culture Recovery Movement.
