本文以「國府高官妻室」為研究對象，藉由案例探討國府高官婚配形式的類型，了解國府高官之婚配對象，以釐清「國府高官妻室」的角色；並探討高官配偶之家庭及教育背景，進一步了解當時的「國府高官妻室」群像；再介紹雙方結合經過及婚姻狀況，由此探析高官與妻室的婚姻基礎。國府高官配偶之權力運作，乃透過其人際網絡，高官妻室私下往來，亦拉近其夫婿關係，從而發揮政治作用。國府高官配偶發揮的政治功能，約略可分為使丈夫在前線無後顧之憂、從事婦女工作、協助夫婿工作範圍內相關事務、居中傳達並解決人事問題、緩衝作用、參與決行人事指派等方面。國府官員妻室亦影響其丈夫職權範圍內或相關的事務，從而介入財政和軍事，在某些軍事財經事件中甚至直接參與，扮演配角甚或主角，發揮其作用。另外，軍政高層配偶亦組正式官方婦女組織，以各地區、機關首長妻為主，層層向下號召全國婦女，看似官場政治運作的影子，實則有其獨自運轉機制，藉由跨派系的組合，發揮其組織的政治功能，連結全國性政策與婦運方面，婦指會與新生活運動是一例；組織運作的困難，則包括組織指揮調度不夠緊密、組織內部不和諧、領導階層具官僚氣息、經費不穩定等，因而降低了組織得以發揮的實踐績效。 First, this thesis studies the wives, concubines, and partners of the high officials in the KMT administration from 1925 to 1948, discusses the matrimonial types among the high officials through case study, and understands their partners to recognize the roles those women played. Then, this thesis explores the families and educational backgrounds of those partners to clarify those women’s iamges. At last, this thesis analyzes the mariage basis of the high officials and their harems by explaining the process toward marriage and describing their marital statuses. The political effects in private came from two ways: the power of the high officials’ harems functions through their social networks, and the personal friendship among these harems strengthens the bonding among their husbands. Partners of the high officials have following political contributions – making the husbands at the battlefront free of family concerns, engaged in women’s works, assisting their husbands in handling related affairs, being a liaison to help settle down personnel matters, being media of buffer, and influencing the deicision of personnel deployment. The partners of military and political high officials also formed official organizations and had its own running by the wives of the leaders of the erea or the government organizations appeal to the women nationwide. Due to some reasons, it was so difficult to run the official organizations that lower its performance.
