    Abstract: 平衡計分卡自1992年由科普朗(Robert S. Kaplan)與諾頓(David P. Norton)提出之後,期間兩人又發展推出『策略核心組織』與『策略地圖』等概念與工具,使得平衡計分卡已成為各行各業所探討的管理架構。其架構強調企業財務與非財務、內部與外部、長期與短期、領先與落後指標間的平衡,不僅為一績效評估工具,更是與企業策略面相結合策略管理之工具。 本研究擬以台灣某筆記型電腦代工業者為例,並針對筆記型電腦代工產業之供應鏈管理與績效進行探討,運用平衡計分卡之技術,探討該業者如何經由釐清公司現有的使命、價值、願景與策略;透過平衡計分卡此項策略管理工具,為筆記型電腦代工產業之供應鏈設計出一套績效評量管理運作模式,幫助筆記型電腦代工產業落實其經營目標之達成,期能裨益於筆記型電腦代工產業在日益競爭的經營環境中,提升整體營運績效與運籌管理能力與持續性之競爭優勢。 The Balanced score card since 1992 by Coplon (Robert S. Structure its emphasize enterprise financial affairs and financial affairs, inside with outside, for a long time with a short time, lead and equilibrium of backward indicator, not only a performance to assess tools, combine the tool of management of tactics with enterprise's tactics even more. This research plans to take person who takes the place of industry of computer of notebook type of Taiwan as an example, and take the place of the supply chain performance of worker's industry and carry on the discussion to the notebook type computer, use the technology of the balanced score card , how via distinguishing company's existing mission, value, wishing scene and tactics to probe into the persons who should engage in; Manage tool through balanced score card the tactics, computer take the place of worker supply chain of industry design one performance management system for notebook type, help the notebook type computer to take the place of worker's industry to implement the reaching of its operations objective, issue can benefit on noteook computer take the place of the Engineer industry of the management environment that is compete day by day, improve the whole operation performance and plan strategies for managerial ability and constant competition advantage.
