    Title: 修整形曲線齒輪對負載下齒面接觸分析與單齒腹測試;Loaded Tooth Contact Analysis and Single Flank Test of Modified Curvilinear Gear Pairs

    Abstract: 本研究計畫為三年之研究計畫。基於對修整型曲線齒輪研究之基礎,在第一年利用自行發展之五齒對網格分割程式,配合有限元素分析軟體,進行負載下齒面接觸分析,模擬修整型曲線齒輪對之負載下傳動誤差、負載分配等傳動特性。並探討不同設計參數、組裝誤差與扭力負載下對傳動誤差、齒面接觸應力及齒根彎矩應力之影響。第二年將應用希爾伯特-黃轉換於正齒輪對之無負載下單齒腹測試實驗數據,進行被測試正齒輪之齒形誤差定量分析,並與現有之快速傅利葉轉換分析軟體、以及接觸式齒面精度量測結果進行比對。進一步將所發展之希爾伯特-黃轉換程式與單齒腹測試機整合。此外,也將進行五齒對正齒輪組之負載下齒面接觸分析,探討設計參數、組裝誤差和扭力負載對傳動誤差、負載分配、齒面接觸應力及齒根彎矩應力之影響。第三年將利用第二年所發展之希爾伯特-黃轉換程式,應用於修整型曲線齒輪對之精度檢驗上,建立使用單齒腹測試機快速檢視修整型曲線齒輪對之精度與品質的方法。此外,也將利用單齒腹測試實驗,分別測試正齒輪對與修整型曲線齒輪對,在不同設計參數、轉速與負荷下之傳動特性,並以希爾伯特-黃轉換程式,比較其在負載下之傳動特性,並找出與齒輪傳動振動噪音相關之誤差項與物理意義。最後,本研究將綜合傳動誤差實驗與負載下齒面接觸分析模擬結果,比較正齒輪對與修整型齒輪對之負載下傳動特性,以供設計者參考。本研究所發展之負載下齒面接觸分析、負載下傳動誤差計算以及希爾伯特-黃轉換程式分析單齒腹測試數據等技術方法,未來更可推廣至其他齒輪傳動機構之研究上,對提升我國精密傳動技術之水準將甚有助益。This research project is a three-year project. Based on the accumulated knowledge of modified curvilinear gears, in the first year, a mesh generation program for five-contact gear pair will be developed. Loaded tooth contact analysis (LTCA) of the modified curvilinear gear set will be performed with a commercial finite element package, and its loaded transmission errors and load sharing will be investigated. Also, the influences of the design parameters, assembly errors, and torsional load on the transmission errors, contact stress, and bending stress will be studied. In the second year, the Hilbert-Huang transform (HHT) will be applied to analyze the data of spur gear pair under a single flank test. A quantitative analysis from the experiment data will be achieved based on HHT. The results of the tooth profile errors from HHT will be compared with those form fast Fourier transform (FFT) and coordinate measuring machine. The developed HHT program will be integrated on the single flank tester in NCU. In addition, LTCA of a spur gear set with five-contact pair will also be performed, and the effects of the design parameters, assembly errors, and torsional load on the transmission errors, load sharing, contact stress, and bending stress will be investigated. In the third year, the developed HHT program will be applied to analyze the tooth profile of modified curvilinear gear pairs. A methodology for quick inspection of the quality of modified curvilinear gear pairs from the single flank tests will be built. Besides, single flank tests will be performed on spur gear pairs and curvilinear gear pair respectively. And HHT will be applied to analyze the test data to study the effects of design parameters, rotating speed, and torsional loads on the loaded transmission characteristics of spur gear pairs and modified curvilinear gear pairs. Finally, the experimental results and finite element simulation results of the loaded transmission behaviors of the spur gear pairs and curvilinear gear pairs will be discussed and compared. The results will be valuable for gear designers. The techniques developed in this research project, such as LTCA, determination of loaded transmission error, analyzing single flank test data using HHT program, can be further applied to other types of gears, and will be very beneficial for the precision transmission industry in our country. 研究期間:10008 ~ 10107
