Most important is the face of how to choose a partner, the use of collaborative management, making business and cooperation partners, in order to assess the decision of standardization. This study use Grey Situation Decision (GSD) the decision support tools, criteria used to select the Computer Integrated Manufacturing (CIM) software's the most appropriate weight. Making the structure more effective assessment of different types of commercial enterprise there is a difference in the technical evaluation criteria. This study provides a useful reference work with partners in the enterprise which is to follow the relationship and technical cooperation.
