摘要 本論文對於台灣地區利用ITS30(Ionospheric Tomography System)電離層斷層掃描系統衛星資料接收站所建立之低緯電離層斷層掃描系統,觀測電離層電子密度分佈,運用衛星觀測技術以獲得相對斜向全電子含量(TEC)資料,以及由訊號的強度所得到的閃爍指數S4 index, 進而研究電離層結構及電子濃度的變化,並將閃爍現象的強度變化與衛星軌道投影作套合,畫出不規則體的時間與空間上的分布情況,可以進一步去判斷不規則體所在的位置,若所接收資料時間較為密集,在距離相近的位置出現閃爍的情況,將有機會去判斷不規則體移動的方向,探討因電離層不規則體所造成的電離層閃爍效應。 Abstract In this study , we measure slant relative TEC and scintillation ( S4 index ) using the Low-latitude Ionospheric Tomography Network ( LITN ) system has been which established since 2005 and been used to study ionosphere structure and irregularity. We can combine S4 spatial profile and the satellite orbit projection to obtain both temporal and spatial distribution of irregularity, and moreover, to know the irregularity dynamics. Atlast, detail discussion of scintillation appears amount from the ionosphere irregularity.
