Abstract:	歐盟於2003年2月公佈的「電子電機設備限用有害物質」 (RoHS)指令規定，2006年7月以後銷售至歐盟市場的電子與電機產品限用鉛、鎘、汞、六價鉻、多溴聯苯與多溴二苯醚等對環境有害的物質。各國政府及國際大廠也競相制定限用物質規範，使電子產品從品質、交期、成本增加環保考量面，生產者必須從綠色制度規劃與推動、綠色供應鏈管理、綠色設計與生產、綠色資訊控管及至人員與供應商訓練等構面，投入大量資源以實現綠色產品需求。國內廠商為因應歐盟制定的WEEE、RoHS、EUP等相關指令，如何建構及管理綠色供應鏈，已是企業目前所面臨的最重要的實務課題。本研究透過文獻探討及個案研究方式，針對工業電腦製造商為建構綠色供應鏈管理的過程所面臨的問題及因應對策，加以探討及分析。關鏈字：綠色供應鏈、有害物質管理、環保法規The Restriction of Hazardous Substances Directive (RoHS), which restricts the use of six hazardous materials in the manufacturing of various types of electronic and electrical equipment, was adopted in February 2003 by the European Union and then took effect on July 1, 2006. Different governments and international enterprises, therefore, have been developed environmental protection norms to additionally consider the criteria of environmental protection other than quality, delivery, and costs. Producers invests the ample resources to meet the requirement of green products by the assistance of green management system, green supply chain management, green design and production, information technology system, and training system, etc. The firms in the electronic industry should implement green supply chain management (GSCM) to avoid contraventions of RoHS. In order to respond the related commands such as WEEE /RoHS/EuP and etc. that the EU draws up domestic manufacturer, how construct and manage a green supply chain, is already the most important actual situation topic that the enterprise faces currently. This research aims at problem and policy that the industrial personal computer manufacturer is faced by the process that constructs a green supply chain management through the cultural heritage study and the case study method and takes in to inquire into and analyzes.
