Abstract:	社群媒體 (Social media) 興起的浪潮，較少從企業組織觀點來看，其目的在拉近公司與顧客、產品及服務與消費者、員工與供應商之間的距離，增強溝通，以及即時分享訊息，最重要的是差異化組織核心競爭力。本研究使用個案研究 (Case study) 做為研究方法，以探索性專家訪談的方式進行 YouTube 與土豆網在組織社群媒體的應用與績效之問題訪談，進行深入探究，藉由個案歷程訪談的方式，以期從中獲取所研究個案之縱深資訊。經由研究分析本個案後，歸納整理發現與結論如下： 1.社群媒體創造出流程創新、服務加值、客戶滿意三贏的e化工具應用。 2.資訊科技特性引發之考量：風險、成本低、轉發速度快、可追蹤性、無遠弗界。 3.最重要的發現，只有技術可行性不足以達到所有績效目標，尚須要有合宜的配置。With the popularity of social media, it attracts more and more attention to study the application of social media. This study aims to explore empirically the processes and experience of social media application in the case studied. It is found that it is easy and inexpensive to apply social media for organizations if risks are not concerned. However, it is found here that management mechanism for the application of social media is necessary for practice.
