    Title: 面板廠放流水生物急毒性成因之探討;Discussion on the formation of the Biology Acute Toxicity within the panel plant

    Abstract: 本研究以 Microtox@、水蚤及鯉魚等生物毒性檢測方法,調查某面板廠各製程廢水於廢水處理單元前後之生物毒性強弱,另參考環保署及科學園區相關生物急毒性研究,進行總氮、氨氮、導電度、氯離子和總磷 5 種一般水質檢測項目與生物急毒性之關聯性研究,以瞭解面板廠廢水生物毒性之主要因子。   實驗結果顯示,同一批水樣經 Microtox@、水蚤及鯉魚不同之檢測方法所得之 TUa值數值差異頗大,其中以水蚤檢測方法所得之值普遍較高,鯉魚次之,Microtox@較低,對面板廠廢水之毒性反應以水蚤較為敏感;單以Microtox@進行面板廠放流水生物急毒性判斷可能會有低估之情形,但仍可達預警之功效。一般水質檢測項目與生物毒性之關聯性,本研究實驗結果以總氮及氨氮之正關聯性較高,因此後續探討研究廠區含氮廢水之來源,並進行減量之可行措施評估及執行。In this study, the Microtox@, daphnia and carp and other biological toxicity testing methods, to investigate the strength of the biological toxicity with a panel plant process wastewater at the wastewater treatment unit before and after, another reference to the EPA and the Science Park organism acute toxicity studies, TN , NH3-N, conductivity, chloride ion and TP five kinds of general water quality testing items and the correlation of biological acute toxicity studies, in order to understand the main factors of the panel plant effluent biological toxicity.  The experimental results show that the number of water samples by Microtox@, Daphnia and carp of different detection methods from TUa value numerical difference is quite generally high, which the value of the daphnia detection method from the carp, followed by, Microtox@ lower, opposite the mill wastewater toxicity to Daphnia more sensitive; just use the Microtox@ judge the panel plant effluent organism acute toxicity may have underestimated the situation, but still up to the effect of early warning. General water quality testing items and biological toxicity of the relevance of the experimental results of this study was high positive correlation of total nitrogen and ammonia, and therefore follow-up to investigate the sources of research and plant nitrogen-containing wastewater and the reduction of possible measures to the assessment and implementation.
