摘要:	許多製造業與企業為提昇服務品質，紛紛導入ISO品質保證制度，ISO 9001之系列標準歷經1987年初版，1994年二版，至2000年第三次改版，提醒大家對品質的重視與提昇。ISO 9001是一套嚴格的品質控制標準體系，企業希望透過ISO建立完整的以顧客為中心的品質服務體系與一標準作業程序，規範服務過程以及嚴格的品質控制流程，使文件標準系統化、樹立責任制與品質觀念。目前許多企業的文件管理流程仍停留在傳統人工作業方式，繁雜的文件稽核管控與版本、歸檔管理等作業，造成效率低落與工時浪費。而近年來資訊科技與網際網路之快速發展，企業電子數位化的推動，已是全球企業為提升競爭力必然的趨勢。有效的電子化文件管理系統可促進組織間品質文件資料之交換、整合與效率提升。本研究係以ISO 9001之文件管理要求建置電子化文件管理系統工具。藉由實際案例進行，將文件標準化及電子化同時並進，將ISO 9001文件管理要求置於個案公司內部自行研究開發的電子化文件管理系統(EDMS)，透過嚴謹的審核流程，完整記錄文件制訂、審核、發行、修訂、作廢與授權管理等過程，妥善管理文件生命週期。藉EDMS還可以縮短文件處理時間與便於兩岸三地資料的存取進而持續改善，並達到文件無紙化管理，是組織提升品質管理與內部文件管理效益的解決系統。ISO 9001 is a set of strict quality control standard system in 1987,1994 and 2000 revision, the company through it to establishment of process and quality control. Many manufacturing industries have introduced ISO quality assurance systems to improve service quality.Many company management ISO 9001’s document file, revision, version, delivery and archive by human resource, and lead to inefficiencies. In order to increase the competitive advantage and cost down, the company use of technology and Internet development, and implementation of the electronic digitization. Therefore “Electronic Document Management System (EDMS)” to promote quality documentation is an efficient integration within the organization.In this study, according to ISO 9001 quality document management requirements to build the electronic document management system that design and development by the case company. Through a rigorous system program management document life cycle that can be record the document write、audit、issue、modify and authorization management.
