本實務專輯以一般建築工程為主要對象，從設計、發包、施工至移交接管前，以整個建築工程生命週期及營建管理的角度進行探討，並配合公共工程委員會研訂之編碼，作為本建築工程實務專輯計劃分類之編碼原則。主要內容包含專案管理原理、準備作業、假設工程、基礎工程、結構體工程、裝修工程、機電、消防、空調、視訊及竣工交屋等十一大主題，而每一個主題包含兩大部份，一為工程進行之作業流程，另一為施工中常見的缺失探討及注意事項。 ; This practical guide is to be used by site engineers of the Housing and Development Bureau (HUD). The scope of the guide encompasses design, tender, construction, property transfer or commissioning and all other aspects in the life cycle of a built facility. The perspective of professional construction management will in particular be embeded in the guide. The standard cost code issued by Public Construction Commission of the Executive Yuan will be employed as the central structure of all aspects of building construction. In total, eleven topics will be covered in the guide, including project programming, project preplanning, false works, foundation works, structural works, finishing works, mechanical and electrical works, fire protection systems, HVAC systems, multimedia systems and facility commissioning.
