    Abstract: 鋁合金的活性高在溶解過程或澆鑄轉湯、充模時容易形成或捲入氧化膜,這對鋁合金的機械性質或表面陽極處理品質會有顯著的影響。工程人員深知欲獲得高品質的鑄錠或鑄件必須提高清凈度、減少氧化膜或介在物顆粒的殘留。在一系列的氧化診斷以及對機械性質(疲勞壽命)的影響之研究後,發覺相關文獻和研究等對鋁合金氧化膜的基本性質、結構組成等,缺乏明確的實驗資料和學理說明;同時,由於氧化膜很難診斷其存在,因此,氧化膜在鋁合金中的動態行為很少有相關的研究資料供參考;包括有:氧化膜與微氣泡的相互關係,氧化膜對鋁合金氣孔及縮孔的影響等。本研究延續以往純鋁,鋁-矽,鋁-鎂熱合氧化膜的研究成果,擬以二年的時間探討(第一年)鋁-鋅,鋁-鎂-鋅合金試塊在不同氣氛下(Air, Nitrogen)熱合氧化膜動態相變化的基礎研究。第二年的研究重點,將鋅濺鍍在純鋁,鋁-鎂合金試塊上,分析在不同氣氛下(Air, Nitrogen)熱合氧化膜動態相變化的基礎研究。TGA實驗結果量測試塊重量變化決定氧化物相變化的時間,並以X-ray 分析氧化膜中不同的氧化物,同時以 (SEM, ESCA and TEM) 觀察,分析不同條件下氧化膜的厚度、形態及結構等。 ; Aluminum alloys are very reactive forming oxide film during melting and pouring or filling of molten aluminum alloys into mold cavity. The trapped-in oxide film tends to reduce the fatigue life cycles of cycles of castings and to deteriorate the surface quality of anodized parts. Most engineers realize that for assuring the quality of aluminum alloy castings, the cleanness of the melt should be approach first and then reduce the entrapping oxide film and inclusion particles. There are few research works focus on understanding the structure and constituents of oxide film (gamma alumina) due to difficulties in diagnose the existence of oxide film. This study plans to provide experimental results for understanding the dynamic phase transformation of thermally-formed oxide film on the Al-6Zn and Al-6Zn-2and 4Mg alloys. Zinc coated on the Al and Al-2and 4Mg alloys are also included as prospective topics for investigation. Cube sample will be heated in a TGA test (under air and nitrogen atmosphere) to get relation of weight change versus heating time and in a furnace to get thermally-formed oxide film on the cube’s surface. The thermally-formed oxide films will be analyzed by X-ray, SEM, ESCA and TEM to get the desired information for the above-mentioned purpose. ; 研究期間 9708 ~ 9807
