    Abstract: 本計畫為三年計畫之第二年計畫,其總計劃之目的在於開發多光波多方向自動對焦及變焦光纖腸胃鏡顯微鏡。本腸胃鏡系統利用光纖傳遞光線且光纖可隨意彎曲,將多光源所發出之強光線送到消化道內。光纖腸胃鏡前端光學系統是單片橫移的變焦鏡片之光纖耦合片,因其具有漸進多焦點之曲面,故橫移至所需之焦點區即可使得Zooming與自動對焦之影像,該系統與體外顯微鏡合作達到連續式變焦及自動對焦(本實驗室專利:固定距離變焦裝置,中華民國,87201338,固定距離變焦裝置,美國,6278,588.D1)的功能,因本體內系統機構單純體積小只有一片鏡片,因此,可貼緊腸壁做成四面及正前方五個鏡片之光纖耦合鏡。(第一年完成硬體元組件) 光纖將反射出的影像送出,經高倍率顯微鏡攝影頭取得影像,將影像訊號經由電腦處理,利用軟體平衡光學像差之方法去掉畸變(本實驗室專利,日本:3023978,印鑑照合光學系統取樣處理裝置;中華民國專利:00291987印鑑核對系統之光學取像處理裝置)並利用影像邊緣銳利法完成自動對焦軟體,使其取像裝置於不良環境下可得極佳的影像品質,再將本系統使用達到多波長光源(UV至IR)故可製成多波長及多光子顯微鏡以使用在分子生物學上並可將影像在電視銀幕上呈現出來。(第二年完成影像及控制軟體)最後將上述之次系統至於購置且經改裝之內視鏡手術鉗之管道內(內活鉗孔道)使購來之內視鏡3本計畫之功能(第三年完成系統組合)。本計劃為延續去年之研究,目前第一年時間已執行三分之ㄧ,已完成硬體之手動 ZOOM、PROTOTYPE及影像傳輸、光纖線、電腦介面並已可擷取影像,其成果超前完成計畫進度10%,本年(第二年應完成影像軟體及控制機構) 1. 影像軟體2. 自動控制機構,以及電子內鏡的圖像處理、圖像分析中應用影像軟體,在顯微內鏡可以取得質地優良的圖像,使之能夠像一般的自動相機一樣自動調節焦距本年度即完成其軔体及軟體控制機構。 ; This project is 2nd year project of the 3 years project which will design and make a system of the endoscope which shall utilize the optic fiber to transmit the multiwavelength light, and the optic fiber send the strong light that the light source emits to the alimentary canal. The front fiber system of the endoscope is coupled multi-focus gradiant change curvature lens with the small transverse driving motor to drive the suitable area of the focal region to the optical axis to make the autofocus and the zooming effect(use out laboratory patent Taiwan.No.8721338, USA.No.6278, 588.D1). This system should reach the function of continuous coupled zooming to the high magnification microscope which is outside the humanbody. Since it is only one lens inside the head of endoscope, the structure design of the system is simply and small. The reflecting image is sent to the microscope by the optic fiber, then to CCD (charge-coupled device). It deals with the image signal via the computer, and utilizes the software method to balance of optics aberrations(use out laboratory patent: Japan.No. 3023978, Taiwan.No.00291987). This simple small imaged device can obtain high image quality under bad environment, and then present the image on the TV screen out. This project will make a multi-wavelength(UV to IR) x600 microscope endoscope. Since the fiber coupled zoom lens is only one small lens, we then design four of it for four directions around the fiber, plus one original forward direction of endoscope, we get five directions and multi-image auto focus and auto zooming functions. This 2nd year project is continue our 1st year project. Now we have executed the 1st year project already reached one third of it; even exceed the 10% of expected schedule; finished the hardware: override operation zoom lens, prototype of fiber system and image transmission, fiberline, computer interface and can catch the image and zooming it. This 2nd year project should finish image process software and the control mechanism :1. image process software 2.control mechanism and the endoscope pattern process, pattern analysis application software,so that, in the microscope endoscope could catch the nice autofocus image. ; 研究期間 9708 ~ 9807
