Abstract:	多偵測高解析度中子繞射儀、三軸中子繞射儀及小角度中子散射儀等均是利用冷、熱中子以研究材料微觀現象所常用的設備,本計畫為配合TRR-II籌建中子束實驗所需的中子散射能譜儀,擬就在美國國家標準局(NIST)的上述類型設備,來分析並評估其設計規格,並就國內學術研究所需,以從事概念設計. ; 研究期間 0000 ~ 0000
