Abstract:	本計畫將配合衛生署該二項計畫中所蒐集之篩檢資料表中之數據及衛生署保健處醫師之醫學專業知識,以統計方法來研究上述問題.我們計畫從肝癌患者之疾病自然史,以點過程( Point process)之風險率變化模式來建構,並以蒐集之篩檢資料為基礎,研究肝癌家族中癌症之盛行率.我們並將篩檢項目的實際花費及其敏感度等因素作詳細的考量,訂出適當的效益函數( Utility function),再以相映的統計方法研究各篩檢項目的成本效益及不同篩檢工具及不同篩檢頻度之成本效性,以期能建立有效的肝癌篩檢模式,早期發現肝癌病患,降低肝癌死亡率. ; 研究期間 8207 ~ 0000
