Abstract:	本計畫主要係針對線路在連續及離散時域的轉換函數之巨集模式做理論之分析,並建立相關之CAD程式.主要之目標有二:(1)為使用符號分析工具得到線性或線性化線路之時域模式, 並加以簡化而得到較簡單但仍精確之巨集模式 ;(2)為建立S/Z域和時域巨集模式之間有效且精確之互換方式.此計畫所得之理論分析及相關 CAD工具之建立,可以應用在多模組晶片(MCM)及高速數位IC中做快速及精確之連線時域模擬,同時並可應用於混合信號IC、S/Z域及時域之行為模擬. ; 研究期間 8308 ~ 8407
