| 摘要: | 本分項計畫工作重點在於結合國內產、官、學、研界等現有之數位學習與數位典藏相關資源，佐以創新的模式及科技，加速產業化，使數位學習與數位典藏相關廠商能夠立足台灣，並行銷國際。項下包含規劃三個計畫：「數位典藏與學習之產業發展與推動計畫」、「數位學習與典藏產業推動子計畫 」與「數位學習產業核心技術研發子計畫 」。依據國家型科技計畫之總體規劃書及98 綱要計畫書，本計畫為數位典藏與數位學習國家型科技計畫第五分項之子計畫一，其的重要功能在於成為一個產業界與核心技術研發中心之間的橋樑。透過定期的聯合策略規劃會議與成果展，讓產業界的需求與困難可以傳達到經濟部工業局及技術處的研發部門，讓產業發展達成總體規劃書設定之目標。另外，技術研發單位的研發成果也可以更有效率的方式轉移給有需要的業界與廠商。此外，國家級的政策規劃需要更專業與前瞻性的眼光，本計畫將進行數位學習與典藏產業發展的趨勢研究，績效評估及分析，為其他兩個子計畫提供一個更宏觀的視野與發展方向。98 年度新增數位典藏產業化工作，將就數位典藏產業化進行國內外之深入研究，以及了解產業需求，將其已典藏之素材藉創意開發及創新模式與各類異業結合。延續第一年的執行成果，本計畫98 年度工作重點為成立產業發展諮詢機制，強化工作小組運作，跨分項整合數位典藏產業化與數位學習產業資源，以及子計畫之管考。本計畫的年度工作要項分列如下：（一）進行產業發展與趨勢研究（二）整合推動宣傳推廣與對外服務（三）產業績效分析及成效評估（四）規劃與協調第五分項計畫內容（五）中英文網站規劃整合及維護作業（六）彙整呈現分項成果（七）數位學習軟硬體整合推動 (八) 產業問題反應彙整及處理 (九) 促進產學合作及產研之合作 (十) 跨分項整合應用 (十一) 行政與管理 (十二) 回應與執行主管單位的指示 (十三) 產業推動審查機制 (十四) 子計畫二及子計畫三管考及審核 ; This is a meta-project which aims to plan and manage two subprojects: the subproject of developing digital archive and e-learning industries, and the subproject of developing and researching key technologies for digital archive and e-learning industries. Its goal is to integrate resources with regard to digital archive and e-learning from the academia, government, research, industry sections in order to, first, create new models and new technologies fore-learning and digital archive, and, second, to make these new models and technologies industrialized. In the long term, we hope to build a firm foundation for Taiwanese digital archive and e-learning industries with a view on global market. Apart from managing and evaluating the two subprojects, this main project has an important function of bridging industries and research centers. Through regular strategic meetings and exhibitions, on the one hand, the needs and difficulties held by the industry can be send to the research section. On the other hand, techniques developed by research centers can find the most efficient way to be transferred to the industry. Moreover, as a national project, more professional and advanced view is needed. Therefore, another important function of this project is to do research on the new trends of digital archive and e-learning industries in order to guide and to provide a broader vision for the two subprojects. Succeeding to the achievement of the first year, in this plain we focus on establishing the Industrial Development Advisory Council, the Division, and integrating the industy of e-Learning and archive of the other project. Our main tasks are as follows: 1. Researching on the developmental trends of digital archive and e-learning industries. 2. Organizing events to publicize the outcomes of the project. 3. The analysis and evaluations of industrial archievements. 4. Planning and coordinating the two subprojects. 5. Mapping out the website and translating into English. 6. Documenting and presenting the outcomes of the project. 7. Promoting the arrangments of e-Learning software and computer hardware. 8. Arranging the concern of industries and provide solutions. 9. Enhancing cooperation between academic and industry sections. 10. The arrangements and applications with other projects. 11. Administration and management. 12. Responding to commands from the main office and other supervising departments. 13. The examination system of promoting industries. 14.
