Abstract:	本研究計畫與健保局合作，蒐集健康保險相關法規文件，建立一個完整的電子化健保相關法規資料庫。使健保法規可快速搜尋與擷取，而各相關法令間得迅速地相互參照，俾利健保局及所屬各分局以有效正確的方式運用健保相關法規，以襄助業務之推展。此外，本計畫將法規搜尋機制架構在網際網路的「全球資訊網」(World-Wide Web)上，並納入網路資訊服務，作為提供其他政府機關或民眾資訊服務的一環。此系統將法規資料庫及檢索系統均建置於一WWW伺服器上，使用者透過WWW瀏覽器（如Netscape或Internet Explorer）及檢索系統提供之CGI程式，查詢系統中之健保相關法規。 ; This project aims at building a comprehensive document database for health insurance related rules and regulations. The search engine of this document database can effectively retrieve relevant regulations to facilitate the daily operations of the Bureau of National Health Insurance. The document database will also be made accessible through the world-wide web (WWW) to provide information services for the general public or other government agencies. Users will be able to browse, query and retrieve documents in the database from a WWW browser such as Netscape or Internet Explorer. ; 研究期間 8701 ~ 8712
