現今影音壓縮技術不斷的進步中,促使了全球的地面廣播電視訊號逐漸地將類比電視訊號轉向數位化。而當電視產業出現了如此的巨變後,相對應的一些過渡產品及新產品即油然而生,例如數位電視機上盒(Set-Top-Box, STB)就是如此。而數位化後的電視訊號藉著行動接收能力佳的優勢,逐漸朝向隨時隨地可接看電視節目的願景邁進。因此本論文目的就是將現在積極演進的數位電視系統融入個人手持裝置,以達到隨處可看可錄電視節目的娛樂效果,其中特別選擇全球覆蓋率最廣的DVB-T系統規格。DVB-T為國際的數位電視公開標準。它是由歐盟組織的專家聯合發起的。本論文首先將說明數位電視系統的演進及設計相關電路所需要的硬體技術,接著介紹台灣目前數位電視系統的現況及接收數位電視的架構,既然行動電視要能夠讓使用者在移動狀態中透過手持設備接收數位電視和廣播的服務,因此如何提昇接收能力自然是很重要的一環,在本論文將整理出這些要領,另外為了要符合現代人對手持式產品的使用習慣,所以行動電視的設計還要兼顧娛樂性、安全性、方便性。 本論文的第三章開始介紹的就是開發平台的選擇、產品的功能、感度的量測、可靠度問題的預防、續電能力的測試…等,最後到實機展現。也希望將來同類產品開始興起時,預期可帶給人類更多元的生活享受及龐大商機。Along with the great advancement of mechanics of communication and compress technique, the analogy TV broadcasting has been replaced gradually by digital TV (DTV) broadcasting globally. The transformation of DTV broadcasting will lead related industries expand rapidly, such as Set-Top-Box (STB). It won’t be a dream for people to watch TV anytime and anywhere in the future due to the development of DTV broadcasting system and mobile TV.The aim of this thesis is to demonstrate DTV evolution and the hardware technology which integrates DTV into the hand-hold devices and allows people to watch and record the television program conveniently. This thesis also introduces the DTV system established in Taiwan and the architecture of DTV receiver. Since the mobile TV must be able to receive the DTV program and broadcast service when the hand-hold device is moving, it is very important to promote the receptivity. Therefore, a successful DTV design must have the characters of entertainment, safety and convenience. This thesis will reorganize these main points and consider the users’ habits to handhold product in the design of DTV.This thesis introduces the hardware development solution, the product functions, the sensitivity measurement, the reliability problem, the operation time test and final product realization.
