中國大陸近20年來由於改革開放，在經濟上突飛猛進，然而經濟的成長也造成了社會變遷。本研究的研究物件是上杭縣及紫金礦業公司，上杭縣原本是閩西客家地區的一個貧困的山區縣，在這種地理型和交通不便的地區要發展商業是困難的，雖然當地的紫金山有金礦可以開採，但一直以來都是認定為貧礦。紫金礦業透過採礦工法的改進，在10年內讓紫金礦業成為全中國大陸最大的金礦公司。由於當地的經濟飛速成長也讓上杭縣搖身一變成為了省內的富裕縣，政府的財政收入增加使得當地公共建設獲得了改善也讓當地的社會文化和自然環境造成了變化。本研究主要是探討在紫金礦業發展之後，上杭縣在公共建設、社會文化和自然環境的發展。 In the last 20 years, the economy has developed rapidly in the Chinese Mainland because of the reform and open policy. However, the economic growth has also caused great social changes. The objects of this study are Shanghang County and Zijin Mining Group Co Ltd. Originally, Shanghang County is a poor mountainous county in the Hakka region in Western Fujian. In this region, neither the geography nor the transportation is convenient. It is difficult to develop business in such a region. Though there are gold mines in the local Zijin Mountain, those mines are identified as lean ore for all the time. With the improvement of mining method, Zijin Mining Group Co Ltd has become the largest gold mine company in the Chinese Mainland within 10 years. The local economy also develops rapidly, which makes Shanghang County suddenly become a wealthy county in this province. The local public construction is improved because of the increase of the fiscal income. Moreover, the social culture and natural environment are also changed greatly. The study will mainly focus on the development of public construction, social culture and natural environment in Shanghang County after the development of Zijin mining.
