隨著世界經濟局勢越趨嚴峻，許多的企業為提昇營運效益不斷加強團隊目標、績效管理制度以及薪資制度的結合與關連性，希望透過團隊激勵獎金制度作為激勵方案提昇團隊績效，為企業創造競爭力。本研究主要在探討團隊激勵獎金與團隊績效是否直接或間接影響。 本研究是以上海某印刷公司的生產部門為研究樣本，以降低生產損耗率為團隊目標，經過比對實施團隊激勵獎金制度前、後一年的實際生產數據分析對團隊績效的影響。整理分析後有以下之研究發現： 一、團隊激勵獎金對團隊績效的影響呈現顯著正向關係及影響效果。 二、團隊激勵獎金制度對員工提昇彼此之合作呈現顯著正向關係 三、缺乏實質激勵之領導與團隊績效達成之關係初期有正向關係，後期則有顯著負向關係及影響效果。 四、透過對員工的工作觀察、引導與討論後，所設定之富有挑戰性的目標是可以激勵員工達成甚至超越預期的目標。 The economy situation in the whole world is getting tenser. Most of the enterprises are focusing on improving and coordinating the goal of team work, performance management and salary system which is in order to increasing the beneficial in business. The team incentive rewards is the inspiring proposal to encourage the team performance and have more competitive for enterprise. The major purpose of this study is to understand the impact of the team incentive rewards and team performance. The research sample was based on the production department in such Shanghai printing factory. The goal of team is to decrease the attrition rate. The study compares the effect of team performance for the proposal of team incentive rewards in before and after which base on the data analysis of the production. The study in analysis is as following: 1.The team incentive rewards is positive to the team performance. 2.The team incentive rewards is positive to the team cooperation. 3.The incentive without reward is only positive to the team performance in the beginning. However, the negative effect is going on in the after. 4.According to the observation in working, guidance and discussion with the staff, the setting goal with more challenge can inspire the staff and also overtake the predict target.
