    Abstract: 本研究係利用上流式厭氣污泥床(UASB)串聯活性污泥(AS)生物反應程序模組,實廠試驗處理太陽能晶圓廢水,探討其去除COD之效能。污泥植種馴化試驗,利用畜牧養豬業厭氧污泥及好氧水肥污泥,UASB厭氧反應單元主要操作參數為,進流廢水COD負荷濃度:554 (mg/L)、廢水進流?量:8.4 (ml/min)、廢水回流流量:4.2 (ml/min)、溫度:常溫、水力停留時間:72 (hr)、BA/VA:6.7、pH:7.25、MLSS:52512 (mg/L);活性污泥單元主要操作參數為:廢水進流?量:8.4 (ml/min)、SVI:78、DO:2 (mg/L)、溫度:常溫、水力停留時間:72 (hr)、MLSS:4940 (mg/L),F/M:0.05(kg BOD5/kg MLVSS-day)等之操作條件下啟動運轉,以上述設計操作參數試驗證明,污泥植種開始啟動為期共49天可完成馴養。
    In this study, the use of an upflow anaerobic sludge blanket (UASB) in series with activated sludge (AS) biological response program modules, solar wafers solid waste treatment plant trials to investigate the COD removal effectiveness. Sludge plant species domesticated trial, the use of anaerobic sludge and pig farming livestock aerobic sludge fertilizer, UASB anaerobic reactor unit operating parameters as the main, into the stream concentration of COD load: 554 (mg / L), waste water into the stream current capacity: 8.4 (ml / min), wastewater reflux rate: 4.2 (ml / min), temperature: room temperature, hydraulic retention time: 72 (hr), BA / VA: 6.7, pH: 7.25, MLSS: 52512 (mg / L )
    activated sludge unit mainly operating parameters: the amount of waste water into the flow of current: 8.4 (ml / min), SVI: 78, DO: 2 (mg / L), temperature: room temperature, hydraulic retention time: 72 (hr), MLSS : 4940 (mg / L), F / M: 0.05 (kg BOD5/kg MLVSS-day) of the operating conditions such as start running in order to test that the above design operating parameters, started sludge seeding period of 49 days to complete domestication.
    Complete domestication process, and continues to set its operating parameters to COD level from about 500 (mg / L) to enhance the inflow COD load to maximum load operating range of the COD concentration 3605 (mg / L), it will inhibit the processing efficiency, the the average value of water COD 813 (mg / L), COD removal rate was 77% and the trend has continued to reduce the COD load dropped into water 2278 (mg / L), the subject of about 20 days to recover better deal activity. Effluent COD value of 97 (mg / L), COD removal rate of 96%, and then after increasing influent concentration of COD load increased to 3038 (mg / L), the average effluent COD modular system is 61 (mg / L ), COD removal efficiency of 98% can be maintained better and stable COD removal efficiency and meet EPA announcement COD effluent standard 100 (mg / L) below the surface regulatory requirements, this method has also proved that there is sufficient capacity to can be applied to the solar wafer manufacturing waste water treatment.
