    Abstract: 研究期間:10101~10112;The first objective of this project is to assist the Central Weather Bureau(CWB)to improve the application of the FORMOSAT-3/COSMIC Radio Occultation data, by following the current development trends of satellite data assimilation technique at international major operational centers, and to perform the operational feasibility assessment of the One-Dimensional operational operator of Bending Angle data from radio occultation. The second objective of this project to introduce the Ensemble Kalman Filter(EnKF)system and a hybrid analysis system, a combination of the EnKF and the Three-Dimensional Variational Data Assimilation(3D-VAR), and to assess the implementation feasibility of two assimilation systems(EnKF and hybrid)at the CWB Global Forecast System(CWB/GFS).
