    摘要: 研究期間:10111~10210;Vulnerability assessment has become a hot research topic in many sectors due to potential impacts of climate change. Water research is the main subject investigated in this study. We will focus on cross‐sector and cross‐space issues related to water resource by integrating past related studies. In order to provide optimal decision support under the high‐degree uncertainty of climate change and limited resources and taking interactions of different sectors and spaces into considerations, this study will develop an integrated approach by combining a mind mapping tool and a system dynamics model to establish the links and feedbacks among different sectors and spaces. The purpose is to provide quantifying tools for ensuring the sustainable development of water resources. A total of three years will be required to achieve this goal. The first year will link the interactions between water resource and food security, and evaluate the applicability of adaption technologies available nowadays. The second year will link the interaction between water resource and environmental hazards, and build system dynamics models for evaluating various distributed adaption technologies. The third year will build an integrated cross‐sector model for assessing vulnerability and resilience of water resource, and evaluate the applicability of cross‐space adaption technologies and implementation strategies.
