    Abstract: 研究期間:10108~10207;A global supply chain encompasses the production phase and the distribution phase. For achieving the market response efficiency, the international enterprises will deploy their regional logistics centers near to ports or metropolitans to support the warehousing and transportation, and so as to the distribution logistics. According to Oum and Park (2004), 63% of global business deploys their facilities as regional logistics centers in the Asia-Pacific region. The regional logistics center could be identified to be three types: 1. Regional local cargo, 2. Regional gateway cargo, and 3. Hub cargo. Operations of a regional logistics center is quite complex, while the inbound logistics, production operations, outbound logistics, as well as the reverse logistics should be well considered. In it, the material-flows refers to market demand, warehousing and transportation must be well integrated; again, for the logistics center having the value-added production or assembly function, the production and distribution should be well collaborated. Therefore, an efficient execution support tool for the logistics execution planning is necessary. Most of the published planning methods for the logistics center are based on the paradigm of supply networks. The logistics planning issues are defined to be mathematical planning models or by the discrete mathematics methods, on which optimization algorithms or heuristics are developed. In this research, we use the cargo-flows modeling approach to analyze the regional logistics center enabled global supply network, analyze their material-flows behaviors by the topology, thereby a planning method for the outbound logistics execution will be developed. The developed method will be validated by an application case to test its quality. Finally we will discuss the issue of integration of the developed method to the framework of an enterprise system.
