    Title: 通勤型自行車道路網改善模式暨求解演算法之研究

    Abstract: 近年來使用自行車通勤之人口成長迅速,許多城市已有基本之自行車道路網,然而早期之路網能否因應新增加之自行車使用人口及需求,則為一重要課題。緣此,本研究以政府規劃者之角度設計一通勤型自行車路網改善模式,以總人流旅行時間最小為目標,期提升使用者之可及性與便利性,此外提升路網之完善性、安全性及連續性。
    本研究利用網路流動技巧與數學規劃方法,同時考量需求量、旅行時間、安全性、車道容量、速度、車道寬度及可建置車道種類等資訊與限制,發展一符合實務之自行車道網路改善模式,可依據整體路網之需求情況,建置適合之單向車道與雙向車道。由於當問題規模擴大時,利用數學規劃軟體可能難以在有限的時間內找至最佳解,故本研究發展一五階段求解之演算法。最後本研究以台北市地區之實務資料,針對王領(2012)在現有道路系統下所設置之通勤型自行車道路網做改善,並進行範例測試、方案分析及擴大路網規模進行績效分析,結果良好,有助於未來之相關管理單位在規畫時參考。
    ; This study aimed at developing a comuter bikeway network improvement model in urban areas. The objective of the proposed model is to minimize total commuter's travel time. The purpose of this study is to solve the the network integrity, security, and connectivity problem, to make sure the bikeway network can satisfy the new demand of commuters because the existing bikeway systems may not load the new demand. This study used network flow techniques and mathematical programming methods, considering the following information and constraints of demand, travel time, safety, budget, bikeway width, and etc. The purposed model can construct twoway traffic or oneway traffic based on the demand in urban areas. Besides this study also develop an algorithm to solve the large-scale problem. In order to evaluate the purposed model, a case study of the Taipei city is conducted. Then this study testing the model and algorithm in different scale case, the results of them are good. Therefore, the purposed model could be useful references for related managerial authorities.
