    Abstract: 本論文主要研究在不同白光LED光源封裝型式中添加散射微粒子對空間角度相關色溫均勻性之影響以及使用效率之分析。白光LED模型設計以黃色螢光粉搭配藍光晶片之遠端結構為主,不同的封裝形式、螢光粉粒徑大小與分佈不同,影響光學特性與使用效率,利用光學軟體建立白光LED模型,模擬在空間角度相關色溫分佈,分析光學特性與使用效率,並用實作的方式驗證建立模型之準確性。藉由所建構的白光LED光源模型,分別在螢光粉層或封裝層內添加具散射特性的微粒材料,以增加空間角度相關色溫均勻性,搭配實作驗證模擬的準確性,最後建立趨勢方程式。; This thesis studies the effect color temperature uniformity in different angles by adding scattering particles to different type of white LED light package. Design of white LED package used yellow color phosphor layer to cover blue LED chip; with different package type , phosphor size and phosphor distribution will get different optical results and lighting efficiency. Using optical simulative software to build up and analyze the modal of white LED package, and compare the simulative data with experimental results. Adding scattering particles to phosphor layer and inside of the package to increase the uniformity of color temperature, fitting the data of color temperature to equation and plot the changing trend of color temperature. At last use experimental data to prove the accuracy of simulative data in the last part of this thesis.
