    摘要: 隨著觸控面板應用在MP4、智慧型手機、平板電腦等3C產品上,觸控技術成長快速且應用廣泛對人類日常生活的影響層面與日俱增,在科技及人們的需求一直不斷地提升,觸控技術應用於生產製程上也相對變得越來越複雜,相對產生的危害類型也變得複雜且更具高危害性,因此基於對保護勞工的作業安全的立場為原則之下,在觸控面板的製程作業流程執行危害控制對策與措施。因此本研究以系統化分析,藉由「人、機、料、法、環」五大要素之考量點,強化危害辨識分析之方法及改善措施的擬定,最後應用決策樹分析模式以選擇出最佳決策。所以本研究以針對觸控面板製造技術中的Glass on Film(簡稱G1F Type)-單片玻璃貼合單片塑膠薄膜的生產作業流程為主要的研究探討對象,研究過程以應用作業危害分析法(JSA),以系統化解析各作業步驟並藉以找出可能發生的危害及其發生的關連機制,並且針對各危害所造成的損失設定損失金額,供決策者可以快速明瞭危害所造成的損失。對危害所造成的損失則應用決策樹分析模式(Decision Tree),以擬定多項的預防對策並且估計所耗用的成本,因此可得到各個可能發生的危害在施以改善後的殘餘風險值。然而在決策的擬定可使決策者能透過此一決策方法,在資源有限的條件下能夠有效且快速選定決策並且執行與控制,以達到危害有效改善及預防的目的。;With the application of touch panel in MP4, smart phones, tablet PCs and other 3C products, Touching technology grows rapidly and it has wide influences on daily life of human beings. With the upgrading of people’s need in science and technology, The application of touching technology in the production process is becoming more complex relatively. Besides, the types of hazards also becomes more complicated.and highly hazardous. Therefore, based on the position of protecting working security of labors, it enforces hazard control measures in the process of manufacturing process of touching panel. For this reason, the study is according to a systematic analysis by means of these five elements, including “man, material, machine, law and environment.” It strengthens the method of hazard identifying analysis and the drafting of improvement measures. Finally, applying decision tree analysis model to select the best decision. Therefore, this study is for Glass on Film (called G1F Type) of manufacturing technology of touching panel and its production processes of single glass laminating plastic film as a case study. Applying job security analysis (JSA) and systematic explaining each steps to identify possible hazards and its related mechanisms of occurrence in the researching process. On the other hand, setting the amount of loss caused by each hazard for policy-makers to realize the loss caused by the harm rapidly.Applying Decision Tree analysis model to the loss caused by the harm and planning various preventive measures and estimating consuming costs. Consequently, it can get residual risk value for each hazard that may occur after improving. Nevertheless, decision makers can choose policy by means of this method to execute and control effectively and rapidly under these conditions of limited resources. In order to achieve the purpose of effective improvement and prevention of harm.
