本研究旨以台灣客家高等教育機構為研究對象,並以人力資源發展觀點,從組織發展、訓練發展及生涯發展三大面向探討客家高等教育人才的養成,針對整體客家高等教育進行SWOT分析,以此檢視客家高等教育人才所面臨之困境並擬定解決方案。研究方法以文獻分析及焦點團體法為主,輔以深度訪談。為彙集各方意見,本研究廣邀專家學者、畢業校友,企業及公部門的代表共進行五場焦點團體及兩場深度訪談。研究發現客家高等教育面臨的困境有:一、政府權責劃分不清;二、人才培育的方向改變;三、學界與外界的連結不足。本研究建議客家高等教育在組織方面加強產官學研媒的多方整合;在訓練發展方面著重於培育跨領域的客家人才;在生涯發展上積極催化客家人才資料庫平台的設立。客家高等教育深耕在地,更致力於凝聚台灣整體社會對所有族群團結包容的意識,從原鄉客家到傳統客庄,再從都會客家到世界客家,每一個客家的所在都有其使命需要去完成,期望客家高等教育秉持在地的心以及世界的眼光,將台灣的客家推向國際。;The purpose of this study was to investigate Hakka higher education with Human resource development (HRD) point of view, which included three major concepts, organization development, training development and career development. Another aim was to discuss Hakka oriented education’s dilemma and find out solutions. In this study, we used documentary analysis, focus group interview, and in-depth interview as our research methods. To gather opinions from all sides, this study invites representative of five focus group and two depth interviews. It was discovered that Hakka higher education is facing several problems. First, the government’s responsibilities division is unclear; second, the direction of personnel training is different now; third, the connecting between academia and industry needs to be improved. The results of the study were that the interdisciplinary personnel of Hakka are required, and multi-party such as government, industry and Hakka education organization, needs to be strongly linked. The most important is give impetus to establish of Hakka personnel human resource platform. The study findings may serve as a guide for further research on Hakka human capacity building.
