Abstract:	彗星包含長周期、短周期以及小行星帶彗星皆是太陽系形成行星後所留下來的遺跡之一。彗星(髒汙冰塊與泥塊殘餘物組成)是太陽系中改變最少的天體，也因如此我們可以借由研究彗星結構中的物理特性來還原當時原始太陽系形成區域的環境，並且得知太陽系形成的一些線索。此計畫首先為即將來臨的世紀大彗星,C/2012 S1 (ISON)籌畫一個縝密的跨國觀測研究合作，目的除了在於研究此類大彗星物理性質與化學結構外，也藉此資訊來研究此類大彗星原始生成環境，並經由分子產生率得到與其近日距離的關係式，最後再由一些比較不易在;Comets including LPCs, SPCs and MBCs are icy remains of the Solar System formation.
