隨著科技與網路的進步, 3C產品的廣泛應用,改變我們的日常生活,同樣的也改變企業經營方式,環境是瞬息萬變,每家企業創造屬於自己的商業模式。台灣的製造業一直對世界有著關鍵性的地位,從單純的電子零件代工,發展為電子產品的代工模式,現階段台灣的專業代工廠的技術日趨成熟,然而面臨到中國品牌廠商的崛起、南韓的集團企業經營模式等因素,造成威脅與挑戰,如何應變產業走向與轉型成為重要課題。 本研究藉由商業模式分析,探討台灣電子代工產業的在面對外在變化的環境與商業模式變動時,對企業造成的影響及因應方法,並以國內消費性電子代工廠商佳世達科技為研究對象,利用個案研究法,討論在大環境日趨激烈之中,組織轉型改變,朝向整合服務提供方向,藉此突顯專業代工廠的價值,並歸納出成功的關鍵因素。 ;The improvement in technology and internet, and the application in 3C products have changed our live and the way to run business. The environment is changing anytime, so every business need to create their own business model. Taiwan′s manufacturing industry keep the key position in the world, and develop the OEM model from electronic parts to electronic product. Nowadays the technique of Taiwan′s professional OEM is mature, but it confront the challenge from China′s brand and the factor from South Korea′s group companies. Decision of the enterprise transformation to adapt these threat and challenge has become an important issue. The topic of this thesis is about the analysis of business model to discuss the impact and solution for Taiwan′s electronic OEM industry in changing of environment and business model. The subject is Qisda which is the consumer electronics product OEM manufacture in Taiwan. This thesis use the case study method to discuss the organization transformation of total solution service to present the value of professional OEM manufacture. Finally, summarize the key factor of success of this business model.
