本研究旨在瞭解國民小學教師對校長領導風格之知覺與其教師工作滿意度之關係,並據以提出結論與相關建議。 本研究採行質性研究法,以訪談問卷為研究工具,對F國小之國小教師進行實地訪談,並對其訪談內容加以分析整理,獲得以下的結論: (1) 國小教師知覺校長領導風格類型現況偏向為「人和型」、「民主開放型」及「人性關懷型」之正向領導。 (2) 不同性別、職務、服務年資及教育程度的國小教師,在知覺校長領導風格類型上有所差異。 (3) 目前在國小教師工作滿意度的構面中,以「進修福利」的滿意度最高,而以「行政支持」的滿意度為最低。 (4) 校長領導風格類型對於教師工作滿意度有影響,偏「正向」的校長領導行為,國小教師的工作滿意度也明顯較高。 (5) 校長領導風格類型中,教師工作滿意度對「民主開放型」的滿意度為最高。 最後,本研究依據訪談情形與結論,對教育主管機關、國民小學校長、國民小學教師及後續研究者提出建議。 ;The purpose of this study is to understand the relationship between elementary school principals′ leadership styles and teachers′ job satisfaction, and accordingly draw conclusions and make relevant suggestions. The study adopted a qualitative research method, and used the questionnaire to conduct interviews with teachers of F elementary school. The interview contents were analyzed and sorted, and the following conclusions are obtained: (1) The elementary school teachers′ perception of the principal’s current leadership styles are positive leadership styles of "people-oriented", "democratic and open" and "humane and caring". (2) The elementary school teachers with different gender, positions, service seniority and education levels have different perceptions of the principal’s current leadership style. (3) On the elementary school teachers′ current job satisfaction, "learning welfare" has the highest satisfaction, and "administrative support" has the lowest satisfaction. (4) The principal’s leadership style has an influence on the teachers′ job satisfaction. The elementary school teachers have a significantly higher job satisfaction toward a "positive" principal’s leadership behavior. (5) Among the types of the principal’s leadership styles, the teachers′ job satisfaction is the highest toward a "democratic and open" style. Finally, based on the interviews and the conclusions, this paper puts forward suggestions to the educational authorities, the elementary school principals, the elementary school teachers and follow-up researchers.
